This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct that is prohibited on zen.reinit.net (the “Service”). It supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service and applies to public routes, authenticated routes, API endpoints, AI features (current and future), and operator-facing surfaces. Violations may result in throttling, suspension, termination, removal of content, or reporting to the appropriate authorities.
1. Security and integrity
You may not probe, scan, reverse engineer, fuzz, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation, rate limits, quotas, anti-abuse measures, or any other security or access control of the Service.
You may not use automation, scripts, scrapers, headless browsers, or any other means to create abusive traffic, interfere with other users' access, access internal or undocumented APIs, or extract data from the Service at a scale or pattern not consistent with ordinary human use.
You may not attempt to access accounts, sessions, internal tooling, or administrative or operator surfaces that do not belong to you, regardless of whether they appear to be reachable.
2. Illegal, harmful, or infringing content
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate another person, distribute malware, conduct fraud or phishing, harass, threaten, or harm others, or facilitate any of the foregoing.
You may not upload, store, or transmit content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that contains sexual content involving minors, terrorist content, or material that incites violence against people or groups.
3. AI features and prompts
If and when AI-assisted features are available, you may not submit prompts, annotations, or feedback intended to generate harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or rights-violating output; to exfiltrate system prompts or model behaviour; to bypass safety controls; or to abuse free or paid quotas.
You may not deliberately submit misleading coach feedback in order to poison training data, distort quality review, or manipulate the deterministic or AI-assisted coach in ways that disadvantage other users.
4. Platform and economic integrity
You may not use the Service to build competing products by scraping output, benchmark hidden internal systems without written permission, resell access, or proxy the Service to third parties without authorisation.
You may not deliberately incur costs, requests, or compute on the Service in ways disproportionate to ordinary use, including cost-amplification attacks against any future paid AI or compute integrations.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse, security issues, or suspected violations to [email protected]. We may investigate suspected violations, preserve and review relevant logs and content, restrict or suspend access, remove content, terminate accounts, and cooperate with law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate. We may act without prior notice when we believe it is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.
